They began their academic journey at Marin Academy before earning a degree in English Literature with minors in Chemistry and Biology at Whitman College. After completing medical school with honors, they pursued a residency at USC, where training emphasized patient-centered care and cutting-edge techniques.

During residency at USC+LAC, they gained invaluable experience at prestigious institutions, including University Hospital, CHLA, Rancho Los Amigos, White Memorial, and Kaiser Baldwin Park hospitals. These opportunities shaped a meticulous approach to patient care and a deep understanding of diverse medical needs.

Further specialized fellowship training honed their skills, with a focus on innovative techniques and artistry in hair restoration. A continued commitment to research ensures they stay at the forefront of advancements in the field.

They have presented scientific research and published articles on surgical precision, patient outcomes, and minimally invasive procedures.
