Dr. Barnard is an expert in regenerative medicine and hair restoration with over twenty years of experience. He strives to deliver results for patients in a caring and compassionate manner, paying attention to details and working closely with the patient to help them achieve their optimal end result. Dr. Barnard graduated with honors from The State University of New York at Purchase. He received his Medical Degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and was selected for a coveted National Undergraduate Fellowship position-spending an extra year training, teaching and doing research.
Dr. Barnard was awarded the New York Institute of Technology’s President’s Award for his volunteer work in Haiti. He completed his internship with emergency medicine emphasis and residency training Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine / Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (NMM/OMM) at St. Barnabas Hospital, Bronx NY. Since completing his formal training Dr. Barnard has spent his career training medical students, interns and residents. In addition to leading hair restoration teams across New York, he is also the residency program director in Osteopathic Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine Fellowship at Stony Brook Southamton Hospital, runs a pain clinic at St. Barnabas Hospital and is teaching faculty for several medical schools nationwide.
